Road Business Development Manager – Freight

Salary £55,000 - £65,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Commission

About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Road Business Development Manager to join a growing team within a well-established global logistics business. This company has had a European presence for over 50 years and is currently in their next phase of expansion.

What’s on offer?

Package:

  • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
  • Commission: 15%
  • Company Car / Car allowance
  • 28 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Driving high-value new business opportunities in line with strategic growth targets
  • Building, developing and maintaining senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
  • Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity and industry changes
  • Identifying, assessing and reporting opportunities for expansion through new customers, new routes and new service offerings
