Business Development Manager
If you’re an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager, now’s your chance to join our organisation, Hyperion Partners, to support the continued growth of our specialist recruitment business.

This is a true 180 recruitment role focused heavily on client development, relationship management, and business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and expanding Hyperion’s presence across the sectors we operate within.
We are particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have experience within real estate, property, housing, hospitality recruitment, or contingent public sector recruitment. The ideal candidate will understand relationship-led sales, have strong market knowledge, and be confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

The day-to-day of the Business Development Manager
Developing and winning new business across property, housing, real estate, and associated sectors. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Identifying recruitment opportunities and generating new revenue streams. Managing the full business development cycle from lead generation through to onboarding new clients. Representing the Hyperion brand through networking, relationship building, and market engagement. Working closely with delivery consultants to ensure excellent service delivery and account growth.

Skills you need
Previous experience within recruitment, business development, or account management is essential. Background within real estate, property, housing, hospitality recruitment, or contingent public sector recruitment preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially driven, ambitious, and target orientated. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and drive business growth. Confident developing relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
