A Full-time Business Development Manager Role
Clearcut Accounting is a global leader in accountancy accounting, providing firms worldwide with expert resources to streamline their financial operations and focus on growth. Role Description
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our global reach. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with a knack for sales and lead generation. You will play a crucial role in Clearcut Accounting’s international growth by generating leads, managing calls, and converting prospects into clients. Working from our Manchester office, you’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure that Clearcut Outsourcing remains the go-to choice for accountancy outsourcing worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other international sales channels.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings, showcasing Clearcut’s solutions to potential global clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new international clients.
Required Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, minimum 2 years experience.
- Strong communication skills and comfort handling high call volumes and diverse client inquiries.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building rapport with clients across different cultures and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for managing an international sales pipeline.
