Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000
OTE: £50,000–£65,000 (Uncapped)
Overview
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing partnerships team and help expand our network across the UK.
As an early member of the business, you'll play a key role in our growth by building your own portfolio of partners who promote and sell our product. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing fintech, not just be another cog in the wheel.
You'll enjoy:
- Joining one of the UK's leading deposit alternative providers
- Playing a key role in an ambitious, high-growth business
- Helping improve the renting experience for agents, landlords, and tenants
- Working in a collaborative, remote-first startup
- Uncapped monthly commission
- Monthly team meet-ups and socials
About Us
We're a fintech company on a mission to improve the UK rental market through our innovative deposit alternative.
Our product gives landlords greater protection, helps agents generate additional revenue, and allows tenants to move with just one week's rent instead of a traditional five-week cash deposit. We've partnered with hundreds of estate agents, build-to-rent operators, and property managers, alongside leading industry software providers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
