Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our customer relationships and revenue opportunities.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with telecommunications experience to develop existing client relationships, identify new opportunities, and help businesses transition to modern communication technologies.
You'll work with an established customer base, introducing innovative solutions including VoIP systems, mobile communications, connectivity services, Wi-Fi solutions, and wider IT products. Your ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth across existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell telecommunications and IT solutions to existing customers.
- Support customers through technology migrations, including analogue to digital and ISDN to VoIP transitions.
- Manage the delivery of telephony, connectivity, and wireless projects.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and opportunity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project delivery.

About You
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, customer-focused, and passionate about technology and sales.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous B2B sales experience with a consultative selling approach.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of:
- VoIP and telephone systems
- Data networks and connectivity
- Data circuits
- Wi-Fi and wireless solutions
- Mobile telecommunications
- Ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
