My client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a dynamic business in the Creative, Digital and Marketing sectors.
This critical role involves:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities with leading B2C brands.
- Building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to close deals and align solutions with client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new business within Creative, Digital, and Marketing sectors.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects via proactive outbound efforts, including networking, research, cold outreach, and referral sourcing.
- Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and B2C brand decision-makers.
- Qualify opportunities and guide them through the sales cycle until handover or closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM records.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine proposals and ensure client alignment.

Requirements
- Proven ability to win new business in Creative, Digital, or Marketing sectors.
- Hands-on experience selling to large B2C brands.
- Strong background in outbound business development and lead generation.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Manchester (onsite, 5 days per week).
