Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the UK (hybrid working mode). The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with letting agents, landlords, and property management companies, and promote QUANTUM NRG LTD’s integrated bills management solutions. - Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting client meetings and presentations
- Negotiating commercial terms
- Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract closure

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the UK rental or housing market, utilities, or related service sectors is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex services in a clear, customer-focused way.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and basic data analysis to track leads, performance, and market trends.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach, with the ability to work independently on-site and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
