Business Development Manager – London
Our client has been placed on the ‘Top 100 Best Small Companies To Work For’ three years running. They are a market-leading professional & financial services providers who pride themselves on their passion & commitment to their services as well as their technical expertise.
They work with a range of exciting & innovative clients across a wide variety of industries providing bespoke solutions & services to help businesses accelerate their growth; they are now turning over just shy of £20M and have a customer retention score of over 85%.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the full sales cycle, whilst also collaborating with the wider business development team in developing client relationships & opportunities with clients in the manufacturing, professional services, media, retail & technology sectors.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in their London office.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients
- Actively promote the company as a premium provider to all prospective & existing accounts
- Provide bespoke support to both potential & existing clients regarding product information, applicability; gaining a high understanding of each client’s individual needs
- Generate leads through a variety of outreach including, but not exclusive to, cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding opportunity development including technical & operations teams
- CRM management
- Occasional travel to meet clients face to face where necessary

The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years B2B sales experience, specifically with a complex product / solution
- A background in R&D tax services is essential
- New business sales experience is essential
- Commutable to London three times per week
Business Development Manager Package
- Basic Salary: up to £65,000
- OTE: +£30,000 (uncapped) – 40% of the current team are earning £100,000+
