Business Development Manager

#Business Development Manager – Social Housing Sector

Our client is expanding fast and is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the social housing sector.

If you’re great at building relationships, confident selling technical solutions, and motivated by autonomy, this role will suit you perfectly.

You’ll be working with:

  • Local authorities
  • Housing associations
  • Main contractors

Influencing specifications, uncovering opportunities, and securing long-lasting supply agreements for a respected and growing building products manufacturer.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in:

  • Glazing or fenestration experience is beneficial but not essential – full product training provided.

  • Deep understanding of:

    • The social housing sector
    • Public-sector procurement
  • Experience engaging with:

    • Specifiers
    • Procurement teams

  • Proactive, commercially minded approach

  • Ability to manage a long-term pipeline

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Willigness to travel
