Our client is expanding fast and is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the social housing sector.
If you’re great at building relationships, confident selling technical solutions, and motivated by autonomy, this role will suit you perfectly.
You’ll be working with:
- Local authorities
- Housing associations
- Main contractors
Influencing specifications, uncovering opportunities, and securing long-lasting supply agreements for a respected and growing building products manufacturer.

Key Requirements
- Experience in:
- Building products
- Construction materials
- Technical sales

Glazing or fenestration experience is beneficial but not essential – full product training provided.
