Company Description

Hidden Champion – this applies not only to ELATEC as a company, but also to our RFID readers. Hardly anyone notices them, and yet they are omnipresent: when accessing the office, using a printer, in elevators or at EV charging stations. With over 35 years of experience, we are a technology leader and, in selected segments, even world market leader in RFID solutions.

As part of Allegion, we combine the agility of a medium-sized company, with the stability and scale of a global market player with more than 30 brands sold in 120 countries and 13.000+ employees.

Job Description

Your focus: Driving new business in the Access Control ecosystem (approx. 75% Hunting / 25% Farming) across the UK (~3/4) and Nordics (~1/4).

  • New Business Development (Hunting ~75%) – You identify, approach and win new customers in the Access Control environment (integrators, manufacturers, ecosystem partners) – from first contact to closing.
  • Customer Development (Farming ~25%) – You further develop selected existing accounts through cross- and upselling.
  • Sales Ownership – You manage the full sales cycle, including stakeholder management, negotiations and contract closure.
  • Pipeline & Territory Management – You own your pipeline (Salesforce) and steer your activities towards clearly defined revenue targets.
  • Market & Ecosystem Development – You identify and prioritize key players and systematically expand ELATEC’s footprint within the Access Control landscape.
  • Internal Collaboration – You work closely with Technical Sales, Product Management and Marketing to win and implement customer projects.
  • Market Intelligence – You continuously monitor market developments, competitors and new application areas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
