Account Manager – Customer Growth

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Growth & Account Management
- Directly manage high-potential accounts or contribute to deepening existing partnerships
- Analyze business and operational metrics for optimization opportunities
- Handle service delivery—communicating technical/operational impacts and aligning execution with account strategies

Strategic Relationship Building
- Engage key buyers/decision makers in prospective or active accounts
- Foster progress through fact-finding/follow-up meetings to identify and fulfill customer needs
- Report customer business issues via appropriate organizational channels

Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Recommend products, services, and insights tailored to customer requirements
- Leverage competitive insights to strengthen market positioning

Finance & Contractual Engagement
- Gain fluency in financial data, contract terms, and standard offerings
- Collaborate with legal teams for contract modifications when necessary
- Negotiate contractual arrangements and assess their implications

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Partner with peers to understand organizational impact (e.g., competitors, trends)
- Document business cases for change at senior direction
- Mitigate objections and drive consensus during negotiations

Deal Closing & Strategy Execution
- Perform cost-benefit-risk analyses for decision support
- Proactively close deals while maintaining engagement with stakeholders
- Develop value propositions (case studies, metrics, ROI interpretations)

Market & Product Fluency
- Deepen knowledge of competitor offerings
- Track consumer/advertiser metrics to align solutions with customer expectations
Role Profiles
Bachelor’s Degree – 2+ years of experience
