Role Summary
- Grow a segment of the portfolio of accounts by managing them directly or contributing to deepening partnerships.
- Analyze business and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Handle service delivery for active accounts, communicating technical and operational impacts as needed.
- Ensure the execution of account strategies and share best practices across teams and regions.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders | 0-2 years for Master’s degree holders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s or equivalent experience required.
Functional & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in English and, where applicable, the local language of the market(s).
- Effective communication.
- Proficiency in sales techniques.
- Portfolio management, relationship account management, upselling, and cross-selling.

Role Expectations
Relationship Development & Management
- Builds relationships with the customer account team, including key buyers/decision-makers.
- Assists in creating opportunities through progress meetings and exploratory meetings to build customer accounts.
- Understands and reports a customer’s business issues via appropriate channels within the organization.
Strategic & Operational Insights
- Recommends products, services, and insights to meet customer needs.
- Understands and documents the financial impact of decisions/solutions on the organization and its customers.
Contract & Negotiation Expertise
- Develops an understanding of financial data and contract terms and conditions.
- Works with legal resources to modify or adjust terms as needed.
- Learns the contract negotiation process and completes contractual arrangements.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Exchanges nuanced information to build consensus and address objections.
- Conducts cost, benefit, and risk analyses and identifies key stakeholders.
- Supports the closure of deals and ensures alignment among all parties.
Product & Competitor Knowledge
- Understands standard offerings and areas of expertise.
- Develops knowledge of competitors’ products, services, and market trends.
- Applies products, technologies, and offerings strategically to account needs.

- Attends meetings with customers to assess their needs, expectations, and performance metrics.
- Develops value propositions, case studies, and metrics to demonstrate product value.
