Salary: £35k - £45k (OTE £70 - £90K)
Location: Field-based role
Working pattern: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to convert pre-qualified appointments into new merchant accounts. The successful candidate will conduct consultative sales meetings, identify client needs, and present tailored payment solutions to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-booked appointments with prospective merchants.
  • Generate cold leads when required and close.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable payment solutions.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms and close new business agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in merchant services, payment solutions, or B2B sales.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
