Job Description
You will drive growth at Blott.io Limited by leading the full business development cycle for strategic prospects. From initial outreach to closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, you will shape market positioning and pitch narratives while partnering with senior leadership to scale the firm’s presence across fintech and other highly regulated industries.

What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end business development process for strategic prospects, from initial targeting and outbound outreach through to proposal negotiation and close.
- Develop and refine market positioning, proposition narratives, and tailored pitch materials to differentiate the agency’s AI and data services for target sectors.
- Partner with leadership on revenue forecasts and investment cases while coaching junior BD and SDR team members on tactics, messaging, and pipeline management.

The ideal candidate
- Has 4-6+ years of experience winning and growing business within an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment, specifically selling digital or tech services.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of meeting revenue targets for complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving senior clients and multi-discipline pitch teams.
- Possesses strong commercial acumen, including confidence with pricing and financial modelling, alongside excellent presentation skills for leading senior-level workshops and pitches.
