About The Opportunity:
- Field based – South Coast/Hampshire
- £39,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £45,000 first year (£55,000+ thereafter)
- £5,000 car allowance
- Salary sacrifice car scheme

Reporting into the Sales Director, the main purpose of this role is to establish brand new business opportunities, whilst nurturing and growing the accounts within your region. Targeting all sizes of motor dealerships from independent garages to used car supermarkets, understanding the individual needs of your customers is crucial for success.
This position would suit a dynamic and driven salesperson who relishes the hunt for finding and securing new business. Predominantly field based, this role offers complete end-to-end relationship management, as you will also be responsible for providing training and ongoing support for your portfolio of dealers.
About You:

- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding new business sales targets.
- Self-confidence to build great client relationships.
- Be a strong negotiator and a confident communicator.
- Ability to solve issues quickly and effectively.
- Self-motivated, consistent, reliable and resilient with a positive outlook and always willing to rise to the challenge with a great desire to succeed.
- Not afraid to cold call and face daily challenges.
- Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work unsupervised to a high standard.
