Business Development Manager – Automotive Finance
South-East London area
My exclusive client is a leading global provider of automotive finance solutions, known for exceptional dealer relationships, strong customer service, and an outstanding industry reputation.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this fast‑paced regional role focuses on developing and managing relationships with new and used car dealers, introducers, and sponsors. You’ll promote a full suite of asset finance products (HP, PCP, Lease Purchase, personal loans), blending hands‑on business development with strategic account management to drive growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Regulatory compliance in all financial transactions and documentation
- Professional brand representation across all dealer and customer engagements
- Balanced account management and new business activity
- Collaboration with senior regional and national leaders to achieve revenue targets
- Strong internal communication with Head Office and adherence to administrative processes
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ B2B experience selling Automotive Finance Solutions, fleet, LCV, corporate or asset finance via a brokerage or direct lender OR an ambitious automotive‑sector Business Manager / BDM eager to step into a high‑growth finance environment
- Consultative, solutions‑driven sales approach
- Proven portfolio management experience
- Strong new business generation capability
- Ambitious, tenacious, and consistently target‑driven

Package & Benefits
A competitive £45,000–£55,000 pa base salary (DOE) is on offer, plus a strong and achievable bonus structure. The package includes a luxury company vehicle, pension, private medical, laptop, mobile, and a range of additional benefits.
