The Opportunity
Position: Business Development Manager – B2B (IT Services)
Info-Tech is seeking a sharp, proactive Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting senior IT executives into high-value clients within a designated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through:
- Prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach.
- Leading and coordinating consultative sales presentations.
- Analysing market trends and competitor positions to refine strategies.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets while aligning with company objectives.
- Build long-term client relationships, ensuring client success and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

About You
Essential Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Unwavering tenacity and resilience—crafting creative solutions to overcome objections and sales challenges.
- Proven communication and storytelling skills to engage with senior-level executives effectively.
- Strong organisational discipline to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain focus.
- Intellectual adaptability: The enthusiasm and ability to research, learn, and articulate the value of Info-Tech’s products and service offerings.
- Customer centricity: Sharp active listening to uncover business challenges and tailor solutions.
- Business acumen: Insight into IT market dynamics, emerging technologies, and enterprise IT needs.
Preferred Experience
- Background in an advisory, information, or business services organisation.
- Familiarity with IT decision-making processes among enterprises.
- CISSP, PMP, or other industry certifications are a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency (German or Swiss German)—a highly valued asset for engagement with DACH-region clients.
