Job Description
Why This Role Rocks
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Yell in your region, helping businesses unlock their potential through smart digital solutions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Hunt for New Business: Use your energy and creativity to prospect and win new clients.
- Consult & Solve: Meet customers (virtually and face-to-face), understand their goals, and design tailored solutions.
- Close Like a Pro: Negotiate, present, and seal deals that make a real impact.
- Own the Relationship: Manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, ensuring clients success
- Drive Growth: Use data insights to boost ROI and help businesses thrive.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales (field or high-performing telesales)
- Confidence in building relationships and negotiating
- Resilience and positivity—because challenges don’t scare you
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS? Great, but not essential
- Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
