Business Development Manager - Buy to Let Lending
Are you a dynamic business development professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a motivated BTL BDM to join a highly successful property finance lender and promote BTL products to intermediaries, including mortgage brokers and finance brokers.
Responsibilities:
As a BTL Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, including mortgage and finance brokers.
- Promote Buy to Let products (Ltd Co, HMO, Portfolio Landlord) through engaging presentations, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand network of intermediaries.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and in-person meetings with brokers to strengthen partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a BTL Business Development Manager (Telephone / Internal BDM's considered).
- Strong understanding of BTL products and the intermediary market.
- Established network of mortgage and specialist finance brokers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Confidence in conducting virtual meetings and phone calls, as well as attending in-person events.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation:
- Up to £65k Basic + Strong Commission + Expenses + Benefits
- £100k+ OTE
