About the Role: Business Development Manager – Field Sales
Location: UK-based (with on-the-road/drive requirements) Industry: Fast-growth digital marketing Team: High-energy, #Oneteam field sales team led by Mark Clisby, CEO
As a driven, resilient sales professional, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by:

Hunting for new business:
- Proactively prospecting via self-sourced and company-provided leads
- Opening doors to new clients

Tailoring solutions:
- Conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand client needs
- Presenting and customised digital marketing solutions

Closing deals:
- Negotiating and sealing agreements with new clients or expanding contracts
- Delivering revenue growth through aligned partnerships

Client management:
- Building and nurturing relationships beyond the sale
- Seamless account management for at least 12 months post-sale
- Ensuring highest customer loyalty and satisfaction

Data analysis:
- Conducting in-depth client reviews to uncover growth opportunities
- Maximising client ROI for sustainable long-term success

Related Requirements
Essential:
- Demonstrated success in Field Sales or Telesales (producers over part-timers preferred)
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills—客户至上 mindset essential
- Drive and resilience to overcome objections
- Strong presentation and communication (verbal + written)
- Required: Full UK driving licence (with ≤6 penalty points)
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS sales
Mindset Required:
- Initiative—self-MOTIVATED to hit aggressive targets
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
- Innovative problem-solver in a results-driven culture
