Your Key Responsibilities
As a key player in our Field Sales team, you’ll drive business growth with the following responsibilities:

Hunting for New Business
- Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads
- Open doors to new clients

Tailoring Solutions
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs
- Recommend customised digital marketing solutions

Closing Deals
- Present, negotiate, and seal agreements with new and existing clients
- Drive revenue growth

Client Management
- Nurture long-term relationships
- Ensure seamless customer experiences and account management for up to 12 months post-sale

Data Analysis
- Conduct in-depth reviews to identify growth opportunities
- Enhance client ROI for long-term success
Requirements & Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record of success in sales (preferably in Field Sales or High-Performing Telesales)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Resilience and positive problem-solving to overcome objections
- Excellent presentation skills (both verbal and written)
The following would be advantageous but are not essential:
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (Software as a Service)
A full UK driving license is mandatory, with no more than 6 points.
