About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and retaining clients in the digital marketing space. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your initiative, resilience, and communication skills will make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Hunting for New Business:
- Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to secure new client opportunities.

Tailoring Solutions:
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to deeply understand client needs and deliver bespoke digital marketing solutions.

Closing Deals:
- Present, negotiate, and seal agreements with both new and existing clients to fuel revenue growth.

Client Management:
- Maintain and nurture high-value client relationships over up to 12 months post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience.

Data Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth performance and market reviews to identify expansion opportunities, improving client ROI and fostering long-term partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in sales, whether in Field Sales or high-performing Telesales.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a level of resilience to overcome objections.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation abilities to effectively articulate solutions.
- Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Competitive Earnings:
- Base salary: £35,875 (OTB: £53,875)
- Uncapped earnings potential
- Car allowance: £5,200–£6,200 depending on vehicle choice
