About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and retaining clients in the digital marketing space. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your initiative, resilience, and communication skills will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunting for New Business:

    • Proactively prospect through self-sourced and company-provided leads to secure new client opportunities.
  • Tailoring Solutions:

    • Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to deeply understand client needs and deliver bespoke digital marketing solutions.

  • Closing Deals:

    • Present, negotiate, and seal agreements with both new and existing clients to fuel revenue growth.
  • Client Management:

    • Maintain and nurture high-value client relationships over up to 12 months post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Data Analysis & Strategy:

    • Conduct in-depth performance and market reviews to identify expansion opportunities, improving client ROI and fostering long-term partnerships.

Who We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in sales, whether in Field Sales or high-performing Telesales.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a level of resilience to overcome objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation abilities to effectively articulate solutions.
  • Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Competitive Earnings:

  • Base salary: £35,875 (OTB: £53,875)
  • Uncapped earnings potential
  • Car allowance: £5,200–£6,200 depending on vehicle choice
