About the Role

At Think Beyond, we're looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and help expand our presence across the UK market. This role is fully remote, with regular virtual and occasional in-person team get-togethers to keep the team connected.

As a Salesforce consulting partner, we work with organisations across higher education, nonprofit, and commercial sectors that are scaling their sales, operations, and customer experience processes. They need expert support with Salesforce implementation, optimisation, integrations, and digital transformation, and that's where you come in.

Who Are We Looking For?

This role is focused on strategic outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, identifying organisations that can benefit from Salesforce solutions and creating qualified opportunities for our Sales Manager.

  • 2–3 years of experience in BDM/SDR, business development, or outbound sales
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, software consulting, cloud, or technology environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to conduct account research and write personalised outreach
  • Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and business decision-makers
  • A self-starter mindset, with strong ownership, curiosity, and the drive to work independently
  • Organised, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a scale-up environment
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Expandi, Apollo, or HubSpot is a strong plus, and you'll get to work across a modern outbound tech stack in this role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
