Join the team of a national company with a great reputation in the construction hire industry. Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow business across London but concentrating within Non - Mech. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and increasing sales, rentals and profitability across the portfolio.

  • Grow revenue from existing customer accounts
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits
  • Negotiate, renew, and manage customer rate agreements
  • Drive rate improvements and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support major and mega projects

📋 Skills & Experience Required

  • 3 years’ experience in a field-based sales role
  • Strong understanding of rental industry (construction)
  • Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially aware, organised, and self-motivated
  • Full product training will be given as well as continuous support
