We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team in Belfast.

About you:

  • You’re commercially curious, motivated, and love seeing results.
  • You have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven record of hitting targets, and confidence in both communication and presentation.
  • You’re proactive about learning, comfortable using CRMs (Hubspot experience is a plus), and eager to grow. Experience in the construction or SaaS sector is a bonus, not a requirement.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive new business by engaging with B2B decision-makers in the construction sector
  • Lead confident, value-driven conversations that uncover customer needs and challenges
  • Deliver product demonstrations that show the difference Hubexo data can make
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM, phone, messaging, and email
  • Present and negotiate proposals that turn prospects into long-term customers
  • Close deals confidently across phone, video, and in-person meetings
  • Exceed activity and revenue targets through focus, energy, and ownership

  • This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close, and play a key role in shaping our UK growth story.
  • You’ll receive structured onboarding, expert coaching, and a short sales cycle where many of our team start earning commission within eight weeks.

Location:

  • Hubexo Belfast City Centre Hub (Close to public transport links)

Hybrid Flexibility:

  • 3 days in person collaboration, 2 days from home

Salary:

  • Basic + uncapped commission + Benefits- OTE (£53,500 Year 1 | £70,300 Year 2+)

Mon-Fri: 09:00-17:30 inclusive of lunch

Pension, 25 days AL + BH and more.
