Business Development Manager

Our Subsea Engineering client based in Aberdeen is currently recruiting for the position of Business Development Manager to help grow and develop their business in the Subsea market.

What We Are Seeking:

  • You will ideally have a background in the Energy industry and principally in sales and networking in the Subsea sector, in particular survey, ROV, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the subsea, defence, and offshore energy sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Support proposal efforts in collaboration with tendering, engineering, and project teams
  • Monitor and report on market trends and sector activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
