Business Development Manager - Cash Management Solutions

The Opportunity:

Ready to join a market leader transforming the way retailers manage cash? We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK, selling innovative cash management solutions including smart safes and payment technology. You'll work with everyone from independent retailers and forecourts to major supermarket groups, hospitality operators, gaming venues, and financial institutions. This is a high-impact role where you'll open new doors, win strategic accounts, and build long-term commercial partnerships with senior decision-makers. What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' successful B2B new business sales experience
  • Experience selling into retail, convenience, forecourt, or hospitality sectors
  • A proven track record of winning and growing accounts
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Confident engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
