Business Development Manager (Contact Centre) - Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and secure new enterprise business opportunities for Contact Centre and Customer Experience (CX) solutions across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on digital customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and present tailored commercial proposals, coordinating with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and drive deals from initial engagement through to contract award.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements to increase market presence.

Business Development Manager (Contact Centre) - Required Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise business development or solution sales, with a strong focus on Contact Centre, CCaaS, or Customer Experience technologies.
  • Proven success selling complex cloud-based solutions and managing high-value opportunities within enterprise or public sector organisations.
  • Strong understanding of leading CX platforms such as NICE, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Five9, Talkdesk, or equivalent technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decision makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, bid and tender processes, and a consultative approach to identifying and delivering customer-focused solutions.
