Senior Business Development Manager – Corporate FX

📍 London | £60,000–£100,000 Base + Market-Leading Commission

An established and highly respected Cross-Border Payments & FX Specialist is expanding its London sales team and is looking to hire experienced Business Development Managers.

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading business with a strong reputation, an excellent product offering and significant investment in growth. You'll work with businesses across the UK, helping them navigate foreign exchange risk and international payment requirements while building a portfolio of long-term client relationships.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and winning new corporate clients, helping them manage foreign exchange risk and international payment requirements. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to closing new business and growing long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new corporate business through proactive business development.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Advise businesses on foreign exchange, international payments and FX risk management.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through to onboarding.
  • Build long-term relationships with SMEs, mid-market and corporate clients.
  • Work closely with dealing and relationship management teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Consistently exceed activity, revenue and new business targets.

About You

You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Corporate Foreign Exchange
  • International Payments
  • Treasury Solutions
  • Financial Markets
  • B2B Financial Services Sales
