Business Development Manager - VIP & Institutional – Crypto Exchange
Up to £75k + commission
London based (remote)
About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow my clients VIP and institutional client base for a market leading centralised cryptocurrency exchange across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in crypto, digital assets or financial services who enjoys building relationships and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and onboard high-net-worth individuals, professional traders, family offices and institutional clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.

About You
- 2–4 years' experience in business development, sales or account management.
- Experience within cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, trading or financial services.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to win new business.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- An existing network within the crypto or financial services sector would be advantageous.

Desirable
- Knowledge of digital asset trading, OTC, staking or institutional products.
- Experience working with high-net-worth or institutional clients.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline, or relevant professional qualifications.
