What is the role responsible for?
We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of Gamma’s customer experience and contact centre portfolio across the UK market.
This role will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities through our channel partners and direct customer engagements, positioning Gamma as a trusted advisor in the customer experience space. You’ll work closely with internal sales teams, partners, vendors, and technical specialists to identify opportunities, develop winning propositions, and support customers in transforming their contact centre environments.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of CCaaS technologies and customer engagement solutions, helping organisations modernise customer interactions while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth and revenue generation for Gamma's CCaaS portfolio across new and existing customers.
- Developing and executing business development strategies to increase market share and pipeline opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, strategic customers, and key stakeholders.
- Identifying customer challenges and aligning Gamma's customer experience solutions to deliver business value.
- Supporting the wider sales community with CCaaS expertise, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Delivering customer presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
- Working collaboratively with marketing teams on campaigns, events, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
- Managing opportunities through the sales cycle, from qualification through to contract signature.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the CCaaS and CX space.
- Collaborating with vendor and technology partners to maximise joint opportunities and drive growth.
- Providing accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting through CRM systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
