Location: Field-based role covering the Manchester, Liverpool and Sheffield regions

Salary: DOE

Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities services industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of business development initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools (desirable).
  • Experience in the facilities services industry (desirable).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Desirable)
