We're partnering with a well-established and innovative manufacturing business that supplies customers across international markets. Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit a dynamic Business Development Manager to help develop customer relationships worldwide and support complex, high-value projects from concept through to delivery.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and travelling internationally. You'll work with customers across multiple territories, gaining exposure to diverse industries, cultures, and projects while becoming a trusted advisor and key commercial contact.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with customers across global markets
- Visiting customer sites internationally to understand technical requirements and business needs
- Providing tailored solutions and commercial proposals
- Supporting projects from initial enquiry and quotation through to order placement and handover
- Working closely with engineering, production, and operational teams to deliver the best customer outcomes
- Identifying market opportunities and supporting business growth initiatives
- Representing the business at international exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events
Who We're Looking For
- Must have a technical sales background within engineering. Specific industry experience is not essential. A positive attitude, commercial mindset, and desire to learn are far more important
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence with quotations, pricing, and negotiations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- The ability to learn technical products and explain complex concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way
- A willingness to travel extensively across international territories (up to 75%)
