Role Overview

This role exists to grow our revenue in Germany and the wider German-speaking market. You'll own the full sales cycle, from finding and qualifying opportunities through to closing and growing key accounts, and you'll be the face of Perceptual Robotics for wind operators, service providers, and OEM partners across the region. As business needs evolve, you may take on other markets.

We're new to the German market, so the weight of the role sits on prospecting, customer education, and winning new customers. Growing existing accounts matters too. Wind is the starting sector, and you'll help us find where else we can bring value. This suits someone who wants to build a market close to the ground, backed by a company with proven traction and a strong product.

Key Responsibilities

Winning New Business (the priority)

  • Prospect and self-source opportunities: wind asset owners, ISPs, and OEMs
  • Run outbound outreach and qualify inbound leads from Marketing
  • Educate a market that's new to autonomous inspection

Closing

  • Own demos, proposals, negotiation, and close, across unit sales, inspection services, and subscriptions, including tenders
  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
