Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join the team at Advantage Parts Solutions, covering the Devon & Cornwall area. This is a field-based role focused on supporting and growing our Dealer network by working closely with independent garages and bodyshops across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with repairers and dealer partners
- Promoting the Advantage Parts Solutions offering
- Providing outstanding support and customer service
- Identifying opportunities for growth and increasing engagement
- Driving measurable business performance across the network

Essential Requirements:
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Must live within the Devon & Cornwall area
- Previous automotive aftermarket or motor trade experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit garages, bodyshops, and repair facilities daily on behalf of Advantage Parts Solutions’ dealer clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for bodyshops, building trust and ensuring seamless support between them and dealer partners.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the repair and collision market.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Present solutions to customers, highlighting the value of OEM parts and Advantage Parts Solutions’ services.
- Collaborate closely with dealer clients to ensure their growth objectives are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Use CRM tools to track visits, manage leads, and report performance.
- Represent Advantage Parts Solutions at industry events and trade shows.
