BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Our client is a data-driven iGaming business specialising in delivering high-quality VIP traffic to crypto and fiat operators through advanced targeting strategies powered by data science and AI. Alongside this, they operate a performance-led affiliate network connecting leading SMS, Facebook, and PPC affiliates across the industry, with a strong focus on sustainable, long-term operator growth.

As the business enters a new phase of expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across iGaming operators and brands. This is a pure growth role focused on new business development, prepaid affiliate campaign sales, media buying collaborations, and long-term commercial relationship management.

The successful candidate will bring an established network of iGaming operator contacts and the ability to activate it quickly. You will take full ownership of the commercial cycle, from outreach and pitching through to negotiation, closing, and revenue expansion, operating with a high level of independence and accountability.

Location: Remote in Europe

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
