Business Development Manager – Educational Consultancy

Business Development Manager – Education Consultancy (London-based)

We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support the growth of our educational consultancy across London.

This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on developing strategic partnerships, expanding our recruitment network, and generating new student recruitment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to support company growth
  • Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with:
    • Learning centres
    • Community organisations
    • Education providers
  • Recruit and develop a network of recruitment agents/Student Consultants
  • Generate new student recruitment opportunities and referral channels
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with partners
  • Prepare regular business development reports and updates for management
  • Gain a strong understanding of the UK higher education sector and student recruitment landscape

Requirements & Skills
