Business Development Manager – Educational Consultancy
Business Development Manager – Education Consultancy (London-based)
We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to support the growth of our educational consultancy across London.
This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on developing strategic partnerships, expanding our recruitment network, and generating new student recruitment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support company growth
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with:
- Learning centres
- Community organisations
- Education providers
- Recruit and develop a network of recruitment agents/Student Consultants
- Generate new student recruitment opportunities and referral channels
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with partners
- Prepare regular business development reports and updates for management
- Gain a strong understanding of the UK higher education sector and student recruitment landscape

Requirements & Skills
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in:
- Business development
- Sales
- Recruitment
- Education sector (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent skills in:
- Negotiation
- Networking
- Relationship-building
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
