Overview The primary responsibility is the generation of revenue through the acquisition of new customers and winning-back customers who have previously churned within the Direct Employer Enterprise business sector. Growing the number of active customers using our service is a key business goal, making the success of the Business Development Manager fundamentally tied to our business’ success. The role involves developing relationships with new and previously churned customers, keeping abreast of the jobs markets and using expertise to close business. Your prospects will be Enterprise, defined by having over 1,000 employees within their organisation and will have well-known brands. Bringing these logos onto the Reed.co.uk platform will be key to cementing Reed.co.uk’s position within the recruitment advertising market.
