# Technical Sales Executive – Electric Vehicle and Energy Solutions At Delta, a global pioneers in switching power supplies, thermal management, and smart energy systems. With a mission to "provide innovative, clean, and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow," we are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to drive growth in EV Charging Solutions and Energy Storage Systems across targeted segments such as EV OEMs, Utilities, and Charging Point Operators.
### About the Role
You will be pivotal in shaping Delta’s strategy in the fast-evolving Electric Vehicle Charging Systems ecosystem. Your role combines technical expertise, market analysis, and sales execution to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and seize commercial bids. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration between sales, technical, and executive teams while representing Delta’s expertise at key industry events.
### Responsibilities
Collaborate with Delta’s broader team in England (UK) and be mindful of the wider global organisation’s ethos.

Market & Segment Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research on the EV Charging Systems ecosystem, including competitors, slate (product lines), emerging trends, and future mindset.
- Align and adapt business development strategy to identified market opportunities.

Sales & Account Management:
- Identify lucrative opportunities in EV OEMs, Utilities, and Charging Point Operators segments.
- Develop commercial strategies and tactical sales plans consistent with Delta’s ambition.
- Act as Account Lead for targeted customers, fostering deeprelationships and representing Delta’s interests.

Commercial & Technical Engagement:
- Lead technical and commercial bid preparations, liaising closely with engineering and other business units.
- Negotiate commercial aspects of contracts, ensuring alignment with Delta’s profitability and objectives.

Project & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain visibility over in-development commercial pipeline and operational lead times (from concept to revenue).
- Report progress to business leadership and management.

Target Achievement: Consumably reach monthly/sales targets.

Professional Etiquette: Represent Delta with poise during industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Cross-Delta Collaboration:
- Effectively engage with multiple functions, including Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Senior Management.
### Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Technical Sales Background:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and account management in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions or Battery Energy Storage Systems.
- Technical Comprehension:
- Comprehensive understanding of EV Chargers (AC/DC), Power Conditioning Systems, and Battery Energy Storage Solutions.
- Technical knowledge of electrical systems and power infrastructure is highly beneficial.
- Commercial Acumen:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Administration/legal fluency evident in contract negotiations.
- Relationship Mastery: Exceptional ability to build long-lasting customer trust.
