Having experienced significant growth since inception, they are seeking a "high energy and results obsessed" Business Development Manager to help the company capture market share and accelerate growth! The Nuts and Bolts of the Job
Reporting to the CRO, you will be at the forefront of the company's go-to-market engine – identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing business with enterprise customers who are ready to transform how they operate in the cloud.
Well established, and PE backed, our partner has the technology, the vision, and the team. Now they are building out the sales force that will take them from a high growth start-up to a market leader. This is a chance to own your own market, close transformative deals, and grow alongside a company who, like a snowball rolling down a hill, has serious momentum.
Here you will shape how they go to market, and will work alongside leadership, with influence.
Commissions are uncapped – and the ceiling is your own ambition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
