About the Role
This is a high-impact commercial position, focused on driving strategic growth across EMEA through consultative sales and strategic account expansion. You will:
- Own the full sales cycle—from identifying high-value prospects to closing complex B2B deals with senior stakeholders.
- Translate data-driven product offerings into measurable business value for venture capital, enterprise innovation teams, and public sector clients.
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, prioritising insight-led selling over volume outreach.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, messaging refinement, and commercial improvements.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven, analytically minded professional who thrives in international, high-trust environments.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy & Pipeline Development: Build high-quality pipelines in venture capital, corporate innovation, and public sector ecosystems through strategic account prioritisation.
- Outbound & Relationship Sales: Execute targeted outbound prospecting—leveraging research, LinkedIn, events, and referrals—to engage senior decision-makers.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, including qualification, discovery calls, custom demos, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Complex Consultative Sales: Conduct high-trust sales processes with executives, ensuring alignment on long-term value propositions.
- Value Translation: Position the platform as a strategic intelligence tool by addressing customer pain points with data-led solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine messaging, improve GTM execution, and shape broader commercial strategy.
- Market Expansion Support: Contribute to go-to-market strategy as the company grows into new markets and segments.

Requirements
- 2+ years in full-cycle Business Development or SaaS/enterprise B2B sales.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting—utilising research, LinkedIn, and referrals for targeted engagement.
- Strong record of sales to senior stakeholders, including executives (VCs, corporates), strategy teams, and public sector buyers.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions in engaging, consultative communication.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for markets, startups, and innovation ecosystems.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and structured sales pipeline management.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
