Business Development Manager – Energy – 12-month FTC
A leading international Law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth of its global Energy practice on a 12 month fixed term contract that can be based in any of their UK offices.
Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you'll help develop and execute client development strategies, deliver targeted marketing campaigns, and drive initiatives that strengthen the firm's market position. This is a highly visible role with an international remit, offering exposure to senior decision-makers across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering Energy focused business development and marketing campaigns.
- Supporting client growth initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.
- Developing client and market plans aligned to strategic priorities.
- Building relationships with partners and stakeholders across the business.
- Coordinating pitches, credentials, events, and thought leadership activity.
- Managing multiple projects and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives.

About you:
- Experience in Business Development, Client Development, or Marketing within a professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Commercially minded with a client-centric approach.
- Experience working across international teams and markets would be advantageous.
