Business Development Manager – Real Estate SaaS
Remote (UK) | Regular Belfast Team Collaboration | £75,000/Double OTE + Uncapped Commission
SR2 are partnering with an exciting, purpose-led SaaS business that is transforming how organisations measure and demonstrate their social impact.
Following significant growth and increasing demand within the Real Estate sector, our client is looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business across one of its fastest-growing verticals.
This is an opportunity to join an established SaaS company with a genuine market-leading product, strong customer references and an enviable reputation across social value, ESG and impact reporting. You'll play a key role in taking an already successful proposition to some of the UK's biggest developers, asset managers, property investors and REITs.
Working closely with an experienced Real Estate subject matter expert, you'll become the commercial lead for the sector, opening new opportunities, running consultative sales cycles and helping organisations understand how technology can support their ESG and social value strategies.
What you'll be doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
