Business Development Manager – Network Team (South, UK)

About the Role

Join InPost UK’s Network Team as a Business Development Manager. The Network Team’s goal is to secure new locations for InPost Parcel Lockers across the UK—prioritising the South in this role. Your responsibility:

Grow InPost’s network: Proactively secure new site locations by promoting the environmental and economic benefits of our services to independent business operators.

  • Secure new locations for InPost Lockers by leveraging warm leads and generating your own pipeline:

    • Convert leads from qualification → contract negotiation → signing
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Landlords, Asset Managers, & Property Owners
  • Generate sales and exceed targets by:

    • Tailoring high-impact presentations to discerning stakeholders
    • Analysing territory potential with data-driven decision-making
    • Tracking performance and crushing quarterly sales goals
  • Collaborate across the business to ensure seamless deployments:

    • Maintain a CRM segmented by lead stage (qualified interests → signed contracts → locker forecasts)
    • Sync with cross-departmental teams (receive feedback, prioritise opportunities)

What We Need from You

A combination of sales expertise, commercial nous, and vision. Our ideal candidate has:

✅ Proven B2B sales track record (commercial buildings, property, or retail industry experience is a bonus) ✅ Executive communication—ability to articulate benefits, pitch effectively, and build rapport ✅ Analytical acumen—using frameworks and tools to monitor progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies ✅ Business agility—juggling multiple deals while keeping an eye on the big picture for long-term growth ✅ Self-starter mentality with a growth mindset and problem-solving drive
