About Tapi Tapi is a SaaS platform transforming the way property maintenance is managed globally. We help estate agencies and property managers across Australia, New Zealand and the UK deliver exceptional experiences to tenants and landlords - through coordinating contractors, simplifying repairs, and turning property maintenance from a pain point into a selling point. We are the market leader in New Zealand and Australia, but we’re just getting started. Now, it’s time for us to conquer the UK market

The Role We're looking for a commercially sharp, people-smart hunter/ closer who's ready to own their patch, win deals, and help us scale in a brand new market. If you love the thrill of the hunt and the close, take pride in running your own book, and want to build something from the ground up, this could be your gig.

What You’ll Do Own your pipeline end to end, from first outreach through to close Run full-cycle sales with property managers, directors, and business owners Deliver tailored product demos that speak to real pain points Hit and exceed monthly new business targets Work a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities Partner with Sales leadership and Customer Success to drive results and retention Prepared to travel often for key meetings, deals, and industry events

Who You Are Has 3+ years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, PropTech, or Estate Agency preferred) Has a proven track record of hitting quota in fast-paced environments Proven hunter that can source own opportunities through cold calling and building a network quickly Communicates clearly, negotiates confidently, and knows how to win Thrives working autonomously and takes pride in their results
