Signode is looking for a driven Business Development Manager - Europe to lead our growth across Europe. In this role, you will focus on winning new customers, building a strong sales pipeline, and leading a high-performing team. What you’ll do Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth Lead and coach a team of new business sales professionals Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers What you bring Strong experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business Proven track record of closing deals and driving growth Leadership experience with sales teams Solid pipeline management and sales discipline Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) Willingness to travel: high (up to ~60% depending on region/customer footprint) Why join us High-impact role with strong growth focus Opportunity to build and shape a winning sales team International environment with significant market exposure
