- Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of IT and business service trends, positioning yourself as a thought leader.
- Innovative Contribution: Actively contribute to enhancing Stefanini's service lines, driven by your insights and experience.

- Empathetic Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with a background in consulting and empathetic selling.
- C-Level Insight: Ability to navigate C-level dynamics, informed by extensive experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales role in an IT organization/IT service provider company.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in new sales - with a focus on IT services selling.
- Educational Background: Minimum level of education: bachelor's degree, IT or MBA preferred.
