Summary
We are seeking a commercially astute B2B sales professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet in a fast-paced sales environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands commercial value, and can apply their skills across multiple product categories.
You will be confident engaging with decision-makers at all levels of a business, delivering value-led conversations rather than transactional sales. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong judgement around commercial viability, margin, and long-term customer value.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to grow within a scaling organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B sales and business development activity
- Identify, qualify, and close commercially viable opportunities
- Apply consultative selling techniques across multiple product areas
- Engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision-makers
- Assess opportunity value, profitability, and long-term potential
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Accurately manage activity and pipeline through CRM systems
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in field sales, or business development
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margin and value
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and adapt approach
- Experience selling across multiple products or solutions (advantageous)
- Target-driven, resilient, and professionally credible
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
