About PS8

PS8 is the leading UK Pavilion organiser and event services provider specialising in the food and drink sector. We help brands exhibit at trade shows across the UK and internationally, manage UK Pavilion stands at major international events such as SIAL, Anuga, and PLMA, and deliver bespoke stand design and build services through our PS8 Create studio. We work in close partnership with organisations including Food & Drink Exporters Association (FDEA) and the UK’s Department for Business and Trade, supporting UK food and drink brands to grow their exports on the global stage.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager to lead new business sales across our full portfolio of food and drink exhibitions - both established events and new shows we bring into the business. This is a target-driven, revenue-generating role at the heart of PS8's growth strategy, with the autonomy to build your own pipeline and the support of a close-knit remote team behind you.

You'll report into the Director of Events – Food & Drink and be responsible for winning new exhibitors, growing space sales at existing events, and unlocking new revenue streams through sponsorship - including UK area/pavilion sponsorship and event sponsorship packages.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
