Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager – UK Market Location: London / Hybrid Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Target: Goal-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in revenue growth.
RWL Advanced Solutions is Europe’s premier independent distributor of Data Centre cabling solutions. Following sustained success, we are strategically expanding our UK footprint.

The Role: Strategy & Market Development
In this position, you will take ownership of growing our market presence across the Commercial, Industrial, and Data Centre sectors. You will lead the commercial approach, identify new business opportunities whilst maximising existing client relationships.
- Commercial Strategy: Formulate and execute the growth strategy for the UK market.
- Pipeline Development: Identify, qualify, and secure high-value opportunities within data cabling and network infrastructure.
- Product Positioning: Introduce and secure specifications for our premium, strategic product lines.
- Director-Level Reporting: Work with high levels of autonomy, reporting progress, pipeline data, and market intelligence directly to the Company Directors.

Experience & Skills Required
We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter who can work on their own initiative to drive results.
- Sector Track Record: 3–5 years of sales success, ideally within Electrical, Data Networks, or Telecoms, but top performers from other sectors are welcome to apply.
- Channel Expertise: A good understanding of channel sales dynamics, distributor networks, and installer relationships.
- Commercial Influence: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Proficiency with CRM systems to effectively manage, track, and forecast your pipeline.
